The following general terms and conditions are applicable to the PeyzBank program

1. The PeyzBank program is strictly intended for selected Peyza customers (hereinafter referred to as "participants").
2. Participants can earn Points in the ways as communicated on ………
3. Points are personal. They cannot be transferred to another participant.
4. Participants can redeem Points in exchange for items listed at …………..
5. The items are available for participants as long as stocks last. Item descriptions as well as changes to the depicted items, conditions and Point values are reserved.

7. If, for whatever reason, a Peyza customer is no longer entitled to participate in The PeyzBank program, this Peyza customer is no longer allowed to use the Peyza account.
8. In case of fraudulent behaviour related to The PeyzBank program, Peyza reserves the right to exclude participants from participation without giving any reason.
9. For development and implementation of The PeyzBank program including the online platform and the logistical handling of ordered items Peyza has entered into a partnership with Inspire LTD.
10. Neither Peyza nor Inspire LTD are liable for changes in the range and / or the discontinuation of items/gift cards and / or any delay in the delivery of items.
11. Neither during, nor after the term of The PeyzBank program, Peyza nor Inspire LTD are liable for any damage or accident encountered by participants through The PeyzBank program, whatever the cause.
12. In the event of a dispute about the promotion, the decision of the management of Peyza is decisive.
13. Peyza reserves the right to adjust terms and conditions and / or make changes without stating reasons.
14. These general terms & conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
